What did you and we play this weekend?

Be sure to let us know on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram what YOU played! For now, here are a few LifeisXbox writers to tell you about their weekend.

Dae Jim: One Word by POWGI, perfect game to play with more than one player. My girlfriend and I finished a few quotes from several known people, Al Gore or Thomas Edison for example. Two games, in particular, got the most attention from me, Control and I, AI. The first one doesn’t need an introduction and might come to Xbox Game Pass soon! I, AI is a typical Shmup game and a very good one too! A few Black Ops Cold War online matches and KINGDOM HEARTS Melody of Memory songs were played too. Overall another really fun weekend with Xbox.

Robby: I finally went back to Assassins Creed Valhalla, hoping the recent update fixed some of the issues. It did, but it also reset my progress to where I was on the Xbox One X. Luckily it’s a fun and beautiful game so I didn’t mind too much, it also gave me a chance to play as male Eivor and see the differences. It’ll be a while before I’m ready to review it, considering the giant size, but I want to stick to my own style. I also started playing The Touryst for the daily Microsoft rewards. I thought it would be a voxel-art resort sim, but it turns out it’s a fun adventure. Really nice visual style and fun exploration, just not a big fan of the controls. Seems like a fun 100% completion though.

Xendacine: Ah this weekend was a special one!
First of all, I played A Way Out with Michelle! We got out of prison so far! But still, a lot more to do! Damn is that fun! Further, in the weekend, we played a heap load of Destiny 2: Beyond light!
I finally acquired my frost super for my warlock! And it feels amazing. When the end of Sunday was almost there, we ended the weekend by watching Tenet. A complicated, yet amazing movie! Certainly, give it a shot!
